Larry is a 1979 graduate of the Stenograph Institute of Texas and has a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, degree from Texas Tech University. His reporting experience has been primarily in the freelance field. He was the technology instructor at the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas from 1988 through 2001 and has been the Associate Online Dean at the school since January 2007. |

Cathy started her Court Reporting career in Pennsylvania in 1971. She holds an Associates Degree in Court Reporting. She did freelance work for a few years before starting a Court Reporting Program at Central Pennsylvania Business School. The Court Reporting Program was the first in Pennsylvania to receive NCRA approval in the early 70s. Cathy spent 29 years as the head of the program while working part-time as a freelance reporter. She also was appointed to the Board of Approved Reporter Training where she spent the next eight years working on school evaluations and curriculum specifications for NCRA. In 1992 she started doing software trainings and Beta Testing for ProCAT on a part-time basis. In the year 2000, she retired from teaching and started a new career with her CAT Company, ProCAT. She is now Regional Manager for the East Coast and does all Advanced Trainings, and creates tutorials for ProCAT software. |

Heidi C. Thomas, FAPR, RDR, RMR, CRR, CBC, has been a court reporter since 1978, and a CART provider/captioner since 1989. She has served on the faculty/training staff for NCRA and was on the Realtime Certification Committee at NCRA for six years. She has worked as a national broadcast captioner with VITAC Corp., and has also performed on-site and remote CART in the classroom, as well as captioning and CART for local, regional, national, and international conferences, conventions, and seminars. Her broadcast captioning experience includes ABC, NBC, CBS, ESPN, and Fox Sports Net. She was also part of the captioning team for the 2000 Summer Olympics on MSNBC, and was part of a team of CART providers who provided services at the Disabled Peoples’ International 6th World Assembly in Sapporo, Japan, in October of 2002. She is one of a team of trainers for the Caption Masters Series for retraining of Certified Realtime Reporters into CART and captioning, and provides remote and on-site CART and broadcast captioning. She is currently Operations/Special Projects Director for EduCaption, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. |

Joe Woodard has earned a unique, national reputation as trainer, consultant and author on Intuit-related topics. Joe regularly publishes articles as a freelance columnist for the Intuit ProConnection and QuickBooks ProAdvisor newsletters and he has a regularly, monthly column at AccountingWeb - an online magazine for accounting professionals. Joe periodically provides advisory services to Intuit regarding product development, project management, and Intuit's interaction with accounting professionals. In 2009, Joe self-published two technical manuals on QuickBooks: 100 QuickBooks Tips, Tricks and Workarounds, and Archiving QuickBooks Data Files. Joe is currently working on a book for release during 2010 called The Ultimate Guide to Troubleshooting QuickBooks Files and a technical manual on Method called The Official Method Solution Provider's Reference Guide. |
